  • Politics Is Like Hiring A Hitman
    by Scott Woods inPolitical on2020-08-13

For me, politics is like hiring a hitman. I have values and things I care about. I care enough about them to at least bother voting for 5 minutes every year for one issue or another. And because I care at least that much, I vote for people who align with the ability to realize the things I care about.

I believe our vote is the punctuation of our voice. Without that resounding exclamation mark, I believe our voices are just incoherent noise.

  • BLACK PROGRESS AMIDST SOCIAL CHAOS
by Roger Madison Jr. inPolitical on2020-06-16

Recent events have raised the profile of historical injustice and inequities here in the USA. The entire world has taken note of the fact that BLACK LIVES MATTER.   We invite all of our friends to engage in actions that result in the greatest movement for change in our history. It is imperative that we take advantage of this opportunity to affect a positive change by ACTING IN OUR SELF-INTERESTS.

  • Living in a Black No-Man's Land
by Roger Madison Jr. inOur Community on2019-10-28

There are many narratives that define the Black experience in America in this 2nd decade of the 21st century. Our striving over the centuries of our sojourn in this nation is a tapestry of every human experience -- oppression, enslavement, forced assimilation, dehumanization, exclusion, segregation, isolation, struggle, perseverance, achievement, excellence, celebration, mourning, despair, progress, setbacks, lynching, assassination, genocide, terror, self-hatred, low esteem, pride,...

  • Fighting Racism
by Scott Woods inOur Community on2018-10-25

I had a boss who was racist. Not an outright bigot, of course; her toolbox was more subtle than most. We bumped heads a lot over inconsequential things. She frequently couldn’t keep my name out her mouth. Lot of gaslighting. You know…2018 style. I tried a lot of ways to combat or navigate her issues. None of them worked, and that’s saying a lot because I’m really good at fighting racism. But at the end of the day – every day – she was my boss, I had to deal with her, and that was that. Finally I...

INSERTION BY ASSERTION - GET IN WHERE YOU FIT IN.

It behooves me to say this but unless we confront the pressing issues I present then black networking is a 21st century fallacy. How can you effectively network with other black people in the same condition as you?

Other blacks don't possess the resources to sustain your long term goals because they themselves produce nothing. Nothing you own, eat, drink, wear, drive or live in is manufactured, produced or distributed exclusively by African Americans.

My messages, book and strategy prepares you for interacting beyond the limitations of black segregation. Beyond black segregation is where the real opportunities for your specific business of endeavor exist.

The level of interacting we are experiencing at this point is child's play. Success in the 21st century requires that you are bi-lingual, well read, articulate and able to write and respond with effectiveness.

Pray tell me what endeavor or level of success can you possible hope to achieve where you are not required to read, write and articulate to the highest and best use of your expected gains.

My "African American messages" are not throw-backs from the Black Panther Party or Black Nationalism.

My "African American messages" underlines that if you are serious about your participation, inclusion, parity and survival then you must expand beyond black segregation because the 21st century has expanded beyond you.

Do you recognize these equations, formula's and technologies? PV =OV x (1+ TA), this formula =a1+a2+a3. Do you know MP3 technology or how GPS tracking works?

Those equations, formula's and technologies are elementary to the net-workers that permeate the 21st century. Those equations are basic conversations and discussions outside the realm of black segregation.

What is the point and logic of achieving academia skills of reading and writing only to be suppressed by the dynamic properties resisting our inclusion and participation in the global marketing equation of the 21st century?

The resisting dynamics of global marketing forces you to shine your skills, products and talents under a basket of fear, uncertainty, segregation, isolation and exclusion.

The strategy proposed by Mubarak Inter-prizes has been termed "aggressive" when the correct terminology is "assertive."

To overcome the dynamics properties of our current situation does not require aggression because our exclusion from the equation is not personal nor directed at any specific individual or class of people. To insert ourselves we must simply have a plan and have what it takes, to get in where we fit in .

There is enough room and opportunity for African Americans in the global marketing equation of the 21st century. We don't need to be aggressive we need only to unite our intelligence and "assert" ourselves.

To get in where we fit in requires that we strategy a plan of insertion by assertion. We must assert ourselves into the marketing equation of the 21st century and beyond.

Don't sleep your opportunity for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness because "you are afraid and unsure." I suggest to any African American that is "unsure" about how purchasing "Undercover Smart" will attain the desired effect to buy the book and "Be sure."

Don't by-pass reading "Undercover Smart" only to speculate why the plan won't work. It is always best and in your best interest to read the book and to articulate with knowledge and specificity why something will or will not work.

Is your global recognition, participation, acceptance, inclusion, survival and existence as African Americans in the 21st century worth $13.00?

I wrote the book "Undercover Smart" and that's very important to know because when all is said and written, the only real question remaining is: "What has the book done for the author?"

I was the first to drink of the formula. My intelligence, longevity and upward mobility is a product of the book's strategy. I would not propose nor recommend "Undercover Smart" to you if I was "unsure" it will work.

I strongly encourage you to purchase and read "Undercover Smart." Today.

P.S.
Whenever you are approached to buy a non-fiction book do not concern yourself that you are enriching the personal coffers of the book seller because it is the inherent nature of non-fiction books that dictate the beneficial qualities of the transaction.

It is because "Undercover Smart is a non-fiction book that the true benefit of knowledge is awarded to the buyer and not to the seller.
