Ok... here we go... BIG BUSINESS POWER PLAY 101!

It was a no brainer that Lebron wasn't about to stay with loveable looser team Cleveland. And the circus following his decision didn't do much for his reputation as a FUTURE TEAM CARRYING CHAMPION either, but I'll save that topic for another time. I will say, the craving for that kind of attention by putting on this circus-to make a move where he's not going to be the team leader, where he's not going to stay in Cleveland to blow them off before National television is a bit sad at the least but on the flipside / Business side, the power-play between Lebron, Wade, & Bosh was masterful!

First let me say this... Dwayne Wade was NEVER- and I say- NEVER going to the BULLS! He was sent there by mastermind Pat Riley to see what the Bulls was throwing around with Chris Bosh., then report back to Riley so they can obtain Bosh before the Bulls Period! Once they trumped the bulls in Obtaining bosh, here comes Lebron... CHECK MATE!

This scenario plan was strategically planned in the off season by the TOP 3- James, Wade & Bosh and even possibly after the Dream Team pair-up back in the Olympics, for which they have been buddies knowing they would eventually play together on the same team one day.

 

Big Business Power Play 101 is all about lining your ducks in a row and making the best offer to the inquiring prospects to attract them.

 

This very same Strategy is used in big corporate business deals across the country, especially in the fields of advertising. CLOSER'S for BIG BUSINESS PITCH TEAM'S, BIG BUSINESS PRESIDENTS FOR PITCH TEAMS, PRESIDENTS  & CEO'S CONTRACTS are all- and I mean all decided on whose in the right seats on a company's CORPORATE ROSTER.  

Example; When I worked for FCB: Foote, Cone & Belding, the Nations #1 Advertising Agency back in 2001, they lost MAJOR PLAYER (STAR)- President Brian Williams who had much of the companies clients... Pepsi, Gatorade, Aquafina, Tropicana, and many other brands under that Umbrella. Williams formed his own agency and took those brands with him going out the door. Adding the loss of clients... Blu Cross-Blu Shield, Long John Silvers and a few others, plus bringing in a less than formidable company president; Dana Anderson, and a decent but non-star President of New Business; Zain Rag, kept many brands from jumping on the FCB band wagon as the new business success rate dropped from 85% down to about 30% thus dethroning FCB from the TOP AD agency spot in the ADVERTISING WORLD. After these severely damaging losses, FCBS only reaming Business star was Jonathan Harries (Vice President) who eventually took on the role of President in 2005 after Dana Anderson left, and also the company being bought out-shaving off their less productive team mates and adding package deals with talents coming from Leo Burnett and other top agencies thus launching the rebuilding of the advertising giant back to its former status.

So in perspective- if you're trying to enter a company, do the research. See who's at the top and also their supporting cast. Check the companys stock, salary caps, ratings and above all number of employee's. Huge companies (over 900) tend to lay off more or have bigger layoff Batches. And If you're a closer, big business leader, V.P., director, manager... etc., network with the city's / nation's tops in those fields and partner with them, just as James, Wade, Bosh and Riley partnered to make the best offers to your targeted company for a package deal to bring a championship (BIGGER, BETTER, STRONGER BUSINESS). In big business, it is just as important to bring the package deal to said company or business to get that business/ co. to the big dance... BIGGER BETTER BUSINESS- EQUALING BIG PROFITS- EQUALING BIG RAISES & BONUSES!

In all walks of life, please take a page from the Wade, Bosh, James & Riley playbook and network or partner with your top talents to make your move on the perspective Markets, Companies, Business & Entrepreneurs that will get you to the BIG DANCE.

And by the way... here's a prime example of how not to react to a MAJOR BUSINESS LOSS. Cleaved Cavs Owner Dan Gilbert made a terrible mistake by releasing a letter to the fans of Cleveland, but simultaneously sabotaging any possibilities of future Free Agents from considering joining Cleveland based on how he blasted Lebron in this letter, besides being insufficient in quickly building a supporting cast around Lebron.

The actual letter is as follows...

Dear Cleveland, All Of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Cavaliers Supporters Wherever You May Be Tonight;

As you now know, our former hero, who grew up in the very region that he deserted this evening, is no longer a Cleveland Cavalier. This was announced with a several day, narcissistic, self-promotional build-up culminating with a national TV special of his "decision" unlike anything ever "witnessed" in the history of sports and probably the history of entertainment.

Clearly, this is bitterly disappointing to all of us. The good news is that the ownership team and the rest of the hard-working, loyal, and driven staff over here at your hometown Cavaliers have not betrayed you nor NEVER will betray you. There is so much more to tell you about the events of the recent past and our more than exciting future.

Over the next several days and weeks, we will be communicating much of that to you. You simply don't deserve this kind of cowardly betrayal. You have given so much and deserve so much more. In the meantime, I want to make one statement to you tonight:

"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING' WINS ONE" You can take it to the bank. If you thought we were motivated before tonight to bring the hardware to Cleveland, I can tell you that this shameful display of selfishness and betrayal by one of our very own has shifted our "motivation" to previously unknown and previously never experienced levels.
 
Some people think they should go to heaven but NOT have to die to get there. Sorry, but that's simply not how it works. This shocking act of disloyalty from our home grown "chosen one" sends the exact opposite lesson of what we would want our children to learn.

And "who" we would want them to grow-up to become. But the good news is that this heartless and callous action can only serve as the antidote to the so-called "curse" on Cleveland, Ohio.

The self-declared former "King" will be taking the "curse" with him down south. And until he does "right" by Cleveland and Ohio, James (and the town where he plays) will unfortunately own this dreaded spell and bad karma. Just watch. Sleep well, Cleveland.

Tomorrow is a new and much brighter day....

I PROMISE you that our energy, focus, capital, knowledge and experience will be directed at one thing and one thing only: DELIVERING YOU the championship you have long deserved and is long overdue....
