The success of Barack Obama's campaign so far has help to put more black radio personalities in the media spotlight. With the mainstream media wanting to know more about how African American's feel on the issues, how black voters are divided by Obama and Clinton, and how African Americans feel about the Jeremiah Wright situation they have turned away from the usual black talking heads they put. They are now asking radio personalities like Tom Joyner, Michael Baisden, Bev Smith, and Warren Ballentine  for interviews and asking them to come on air.
