Bill Cosby has decided to make a rap album titled State of Emergency which will focus on issues in the Balck Community.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Laugh because a 70+ year old man is making a rap album or cry because it's necessary.

I just hope Bill has skills because if he sounds more wack than I think he will he will just be making a $16 coaster. Good luck to you Bill.
