Black on black crime is something most don't want to deal with because it means pointing the finger at their own and then having to take action that may be seen as singling out African American youth but what would you rather have them singled out dead? Listen to Minnesota St Paul police chief John Harrington who is African American as he discusses stopping black on black crime in the small city. Once studying the problem he realized that 70% of his victims were black and also that 70% of the perpetrators were black.
