Prevailing wisdom dictates that poor health is a direct
product of a lack of financial resources. And for the
truly down and out crowd that's true. But for many of
the rest of us, just the reverse is more likely to be true:
Poor health habits are limiting our capacity to acquire
and accumulate wealth.
Too many of us
choose
poorly prepared and unhealthy processed fast-foods
over healthier food options, such as fresh fruit and
vegetables. Traditionally we've been taught that it is
more costly and inconvenient to eat healthy, and that if
something is good for us, it can't possibly taste good
too.
Too many of us put off incorporating a regular
workout routine, deciding the costs of gym
membership and the time involved an unaffordable
luxury. Many complain about the escalating costs of
health insurance, (which by the way many can no
longer afford) yet many are resistant to basic
preventive health habits such as getting a complete
annual medical examination, and using reliable
health supplements. And if you finally do see a
medical advisor, we balk at the costs of co-payments
and dis-regard advice to exercise more, drink more
water, eat a better diet, and make other pertinent
lifestyle alterations.
As a society we are becoming drugged out. Not all
drug therapy is successful, and there is often
side-effects to the many drugs used.

If it speaks to you? I challenge you to invest in your
most valuable commodity...Your Health!
Keep in mind there are people suffering out there
because products like these don't get the media
exposure that many other products do. The concept of
cleansing is sound when you think about it, to be pro-
active about your health and in preventive mode...is
just common sense.
