It's June. You can bet that Department Heads, VP's and other Leaders are reviewing past performances and how their teams fare year to date (YTD). In some organizations May was the fiscal year end. More importantly, you should create your own introspective process. You want leverage.
Consider your environment, organizational structure, and the training dollars invested by the company. Hmmm. Analyze your level of motivation, outside influences...pressures, how engaged you are. Before you tally, ask yourself, does my skill set match the talents needed to succeed?"
Finally...look at your results. Be honest. The clock is ticking and the rest of the year won't wait for us to prepare for battle. It’s Monday — let's keep it moving!
