Therez Fleetwood Joins Premiere Bridal Resource Website in Creating the
"Ultimate African-American Bridal Show Experience"
September 28, 2007 --
Ebony-Weddings.com, the website that caters to
brides of color, will feature the distinctive designs of
Therez Fleetwood during its "Ultimate African-
American Bridal Show Experience" fashion event to be
held September 30th from 12pm - 4:30 pm at the
Hilton Hasbrouck Heights in Hasbrouck Heights, New
Jersey.
Fleetwood's creations are an intriguing mix of
exoticism, romance and modernity and have earned
her admirers from across the globe in countries such
as Germany, Egypt, Italy, Tanzania and Australia. "We
are very excited to have Therez as the featured
designer for this event," says Ebony-Weddings.com
co-founder Sonya Harris-Jones "Since the show is
geared towards multi-cultural brides, it was only
natural to have a designer whose work has an ethnic
flair, but at the same time, can be worn by all brides."
Fleetwod's unique, sexy and daring motifs appeal to
women opting to make a personal statement on their
special day.
EBONY-WEDDINGS.COM
Ebony-Weddings.com was created by husband-
and-
wife team Sonya Harris-Jones and Oscar L. Jones,
whose 2005 nuptials were preceded by frustration
over the lack of available matrimonial resources that
spoke specifically to their African-American identity.
After making contacts and exchanging ideas with
various vendors, the Jones' launched Ebony-
Weddings.com in 2006. With planning tips and a
directory of services including photographers,
reception locations, florists, catering and much more,
the site assists clients while promoting black-owned
businesses at the same. Ebony-Weddings.com
is "Your multi-cultural resource for today's modern
bride!"
THEREZ FLEETWOOD

Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, where she designed
an original wedding gown to support fund-raising
efforts for "The Lost Boys of the Sudan" initiative.
She's also had pieces at the Black Fashion Museum,
located at her alma mater, the Fashion Institute of
Technology. InStyle Weddings, Brides Noir, Wedding
