I'm sure many of you have heard that phrase before on The Maury Povich Show but in the real world it is not a catch phrase but a phrase many more men accused of being fathers are hearing as the use of DNA test spread. The American Association of Blood Banks says the 300,626 paternity tests it conducted on men in the year 2000 ruled out nearly 30% of men as the biological father.
