On 02/15/08 in Greenville NC Police say Donovan Patrick Williams, 23 an admitted member of a hate group, initiated a confrontation laced with racial slurs after seeing Jovan Hodge, 19, walking with his white girlfriend. He then shot at the couples car as they were trying to leave the situation. Hobson has been arrested and charged but police have not charged this as a hate crime?????
