Now I know writing bad checks is a crime and should be punished but 30 years? That's 15 per check and it's ridiculous considering the man had NO PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS for anything. Unlike the case in Jena Louisiana Maryland's attorney general's office is already investigating the case and trying to see if race was a factor and if the sentence is even legal.
