On August 9th 2008 - 8 successful businesswomen will be holding an exciting and formidable event honouring black beauty and black women.  "You're Beautiful, Woman!" is a fun yet constructive & educational event celebrating black female beauty in all its forms - fashion, hair, beauty, fitness and more!

Its no accident that these 8 beautiful black women came together to run this event at the Imperial War Museum - "Beauty, particularly black beauty is continually going through a battle of acceptance on an individual and social level" (Ronke Lawal) - a battle that we're hoping to ease at the Imperial War Museum on August 9th 2008.  The self-proclaimed dream team is made up of award-winning entrepreneurs, high-flying professionals and well-established business women - truly a force to be reckoned with.
