BIOGRAPHY: BREEZE was born in Berkeley, CA at Alta Bates hospital. BREEZE was raised in Union City, CA Oakland, CA Hayward, CA Castro Valley, CA and Savannah, GA. BREEZE started his career as a D.J. back in 1987 working mix shows for radio station K.S.O.L 107.7 fm. . In 1994 BREEZE started Smoked Out Records by himself and started to produce his own music.
